We are pleased to introduce ourselves as a leading recovery agency empanelled by State Bank of India under SARFAESI Act with effect from 1st August 2006 and have achieved excellent results for the bank in the filed of recovery of bad debts. We are a well established organization comprising a team of knowledgeable retired experienced officials drawn from State Bank of India, revenue and police departments, legal advisers, field executives and other personnel retired from various organizations. We have offices, at Hyderabad (Head Office) conducting activities for Telangana, Vijayawada for Vijayawada RACPC & SARC, Krishna, Guntur, Prakasham and West & East Godavari Districts We have constant patronage from both the important recovery wings of State Bank of India i.e Stressed Assets Resolution Branch [SARB, Hyderabad ] (dealing with advances up to Rs.10 Crore) and Stressed Assets Management Branch I & II controlled by SBI Corporate Centre, Mumbai, [SAM] (dealing with high value advances exceeding Rs.10 Crore).




Our functions encompass the various steps in strict accord with the provisions of SARFAESI Act. That governs recovery relating to Non-Performing Assets, such as preparing and serving Demand Notices (60 days notice) by identifying and contacting the defaulting borrowers and locating properties mortgaged, Serving Possession Notices on-behalf of the Bank and taking symbolic possession of the properties mortgaged, valuation of the properties by bank approved engineers, obtaining orders from District Magistrate and Collector, Chief Metropolitan Magistrate, Hyderabad and Ranga Reddy Dist courts, for taking effective possession of the properties in Hyderabad, Secunderabad, Ranga Reddy Districts and other Districts, effecting recoveries by frequent personal contacts, OTS compromises etc, and finally taking physical possession of property, conducting sale by auction in accordance with SARFAESI Act. In the faithful discharge of our duties, we are required to deal with the District authorities like Collectors, MROs and Chief Metropolitan Magistrate involving them in getting statutory recognition for our efforts like effective seizure of properties as and when necessity arises.
